Reel Management Model Search Winner Sophie! - Questions and Answers.
1. Who are you and where do you come from?
I’m Sophie C and I live on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia.
2. Who is your favourite actress, model and icon?
There are so many actresses I like including Sandra Bullock, Rebel Wilson and Kristen Bell. Bella and Gigi Hadid are my favourite models as they are so hardworking and have a great look.
3. Why did you enter the Reel Management Model Search?
I went into the Model Search as I thought it would be such a great experience and a really good opportunity to make new friends in the industry. The prizes were also a huge motivation - although I never imagined that I would win! I also really enjoy the catwalk so I knew that competing would be so much fun!
4. If you weren't crowned the winner, what would you be doing next?
I really love acting and public speaking so perhaps I would have focused more on that. Honestly, I don't think it would have put me off modelling as I love it so much. To me modelling isn't something I can just give up on. So if I wasn't crowned the winner it would have just made me work even harder for next time.
5. What do you hope to achieve in your year as the Model Search winner..? Would you travel? Launch your own brand? Keep working on your skills?
I’m just so excited to be working with Elsa & Richard Dillon and Madison Magazine and their creative teams. To be able to work with such amazing, talented people is like a dream come true. I can’t wait to develop my catwalk and acting skills with Keelie, Angelina and the team at Reel Management and to learn some special insights into the world of modelling and on-screen acting.
I love travelling and would definitely be willing to travel if suitable work opportunities came up. I’m really looking forward to the year ahead and when I go to London at the end of year I will be keeping an eye on the latest fashions and trends in the modelling world.
